Definitions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Snowminds Store ApS (CVR/VAT DK36449543). Snowminds Store ApS is a shop that sells sports clothing and equipment for snow sports. Snowminds Store ApS is a subsidiary of Snowminds Group ApS.

Prices & Currencies

Please note that VAT is included in the price. In some countries, additional customs duties or local VAT may apply. Snowminds Store ApS is not responsible for these extra charges.

All offers or vouchers do not apply to already discounted items. All vouchers are personal and cannot be transferred. All vouchers expire after a maximum of 2 years.

Snowminds Store displays prices in different currencies depending on the site you use: www.snowmindsstore.com – EUR, www.snowmindsstore.dk – DKK, www.snowmindsstore.nl – EUR, www.snowmindsstore.se – SEK, www.snowmindsstore.de – EUR.

Special for Instructor Shop 25/26

Snowminds Store ApS offers a special Instructor Shop for instructors who travel with Snowminds ApS for their season. In this shop, Snowminds Store ApS does not keep a stock of all products – products are ordered and delivered directly from suppliers.

If a product is sold out, we will contact you and offer an alternative product of similar quality. If you do not wish to choose another product, you are entitled to a refund for the unavailable item(s).

The final confirmation of your purchase in the Snowminds Instructor Shop will be made by the end of October 2025.

Payment

Snowminds Store ApS accepts Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct, and Maestro.

Our shop operates on a pre-order basis. This means we do not keep all items in stock. Instead, goods are ordered directly from our suppliers once your order is placed. Payment will be authorized and captured at checkout upon completion of your order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability.

Shipping

Snowminds Store ApS offers different shipping options depending on your location. You may choose to: Have items shipped to your address. Have items shipped to parcel shop. Special arrangement.

Delivery times vary by country. In most cases, products are shipped directly from suppliers, which may result in longer delivery times than a normal webshop. The expected delivery time will be communicated upon purchase, but items are generally delivered around late October.

Return Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for another size, color, etc., please contact us so we can reserve the replacement item.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your package, provided the item has not been used or assembled. All original packaging, price labels, and tags must be returned intact.

⚠️ Please note: skis, ski bindings, snowboards, and snowboard bindings cannot be returned if they have been used or mounted.

You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Returns should be traceable (with a dispatch number). Include your receipt and a short explanation of the reason for return. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returned items must be in good condition. If items show damage or use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or function, you are liable for any reduction in value. Impairment is assessed as follows:

• No signs of use, original packaging: 0%
• Missing hangtag: -50%
• Clear signs of use: -90%
• Stains or otherwise damaged: -100%

Complaints

If you receive wrong, damaged, or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible.

When shopping with us, you have a 24-month warranty under Danish law. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired or replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction.

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after discovering a defect. If reported within two months, it will always be considered timely.

When returning a product, please describe the issue as fully as possible.

2. What Data We Collect and Why
We collect and process your name, address, phone number, email, payment details, and order history to handle purchases, deliveries, returns, and customer support (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We also process data to meet legal obligations (e.g. bookkeeping, Art. 6(1)(c)) and to prevent fraud (Art. 6(1)(f)). Marketing emails are only sent if you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. Sharing and Transfers
We only share your personal data with trusted partners such as logistics providers, payment processors, and IT service providers. Your data will never be sold.

4. Storage
Order data is stored for 5 years in accordance with Danish bookkeeping law. Other personal data is deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary.

5. Security & Data Breaches
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will notify Datatilsynet and affected individuals in line with GDPR requirements.

6. Cookies
Our webshop uses cookies for functionality, statistics, and to improve your experience. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. For more information, see minecookies.org or our Cookie Policy.

7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@snowmindsstore.com. Force Majeure

We have the right to invoke force majeure in the event of war, civil war, revolution, government sanctions, strikes, lockouts, blockades, natural disasters, or similar events. This means the agreement may not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. If such an event occurs, we will attempt to notify you.
